EnerDry A/S was founded in 1998 by Arne Sloth Jensen, who invented pressurized fuid bed drying of beet pulp back in 1981. Since then he has been in charge of its development. The technology and Arne Sloth Jensen have been awarded various prizes over the years, lately the Savitsky Memorial Award, the highest prize from the American Society of Sugar Beet Technologist. Today EnerDry engages eight graduated engineers plus other staff, who install steam dryers and conduct energy studies related to pulp drying around the world.
